I have this wonderful handpainted yarn from the US Ozark Mountains to knit a new pair of socks for myself ... It is 90% wool & 10% nylon and is super twist that will avail the socks to last a long time. Descriptions says, super twist is that the fibers are spun tighter together and more compact - not loose and fluffy ... Between lace weight and fingering weight. I shall probably use size 2 DPNS.
I love using bamboo needles and am planning to take this project along while travelling next week. The other good thing about bamboo needles is that they are not visible to those security scans - or whatever they are called - at the airports so you can easily travel with your project :)
