Crochet Lace Sampler
Origin : Germany
A very old, circa 1900 or earlier (late 19th Century) crochet lace sampler with 41 different patterns/motifs. The length is about 274 cm ( 108 inches ). The lace is made with very fine cotton thread. The very last picture is to give you an idea, taken by a one strand DMC 25 (this is the six strand DMC that we use for our cross stitch projects).
