Art without knowledge is nothing!

Le Kabbak : The art on gourd!

These remind me of matrushkas :)

Some neighbouring details of the patchwork workshop today ... These are the nice touches of a lovely Anglo-Turkish lady "Julia" as one enters her "bijou" home, just a few steps away ...

Furnished with a wonderful feminine taste, the little nest is like those one would see in a Laura Ashley catalogue! Aslan ininden belli olur ...

Driving back home, saw some "my style" postures and had to capture them. These are from a lovely little shop "Le Kabbak" which I shall be posting tomorrow with more pictures.

And some snapshots from the atelier :)

The French Needle

The French Needle is my publisher & distributor in the USA and Lisa, the owner, now has a wonderful new site where she has some gorgeous home linens and accessories. Worth the visit : The French Needle Textiles :)

OK ... Back to my Grün ist die Hoffnung ... This is the edging I managed to crochet. However, it will not stay and will soon be unraveled. I think a thicker width will do more justice to my proud mini-Afghan :) There is a lot of work involved in this project and I just don't want a slipshod finish ...

I am sure you all know Stoyanka Ivanova of Solaria Gallery ... Stoyanka is now among the "Best of Worldwide Artists Working in Charcoal, Pastel & Pencil" ... I am very impressed to see her other works & photography and want to relate my high admiration. I bow infront of you dear Stoyanka, congratulations !!!

And while looking for Stoyanka in the catalogue, I was also fascinated by another genius, Laura Fantini ... I wish I was as talented as these ladies ... Stupendous !!!
