Rozeta

Another delicious creation by Tatsiana Kupryianchyk! The design is for a hanging ornament but I used it for a coaster. Luckily, I had a matching fabric for the colors used ♡

And another coaster. This pattern again is Spirits of Life's centre piece published in previous post. The picot border is my addition which turned out real nice 🌿

Spirits of Life

Before anything, I must say i had great joy working with this crochet piece. I was so fascinated with the centre part of a CAL designed and released by Tatsiana Kupryianchyk, I used it to make a small variation. My first idea was to make a hat but liked it better as a headband.  The pattern is bigger; i worked the first 6 rows of the glorious Spirits of Life 🌿

Each piece is about 5 cm square. Once ensembled, added a few rows of sigle crochet to thicken it a bit and left the other side as is, which turned out to be lovely scallop edge).

And finally ... A corona!

The back looks nice too ☺

It's a 12 cm (4.5") square

Almost perfect!

Fingers crossed to keep the evil away 😊

Inspired from Sweet Spring by Rachele Carmina.

Used acrylic yarn and the border is recycled wool  blend. I tried a couple borders but widening and leaving it simple turned out to be best to my taste 🌿

Soon after I publish this post and turn my head to pick the blanket up ... This is what I see 🤣
